I remember the airing of the paedophile special and the resulting [highly ironic] media furore. So i was happy to borrow the dvd off a colleague whihc had on it all the episodes plus the special and some extra scenes too.
So far i've watched Sex and Animals. Both really good in their own way. The best bit of sex, i think, is the "You've got Bad AIDS!?" bit. Chris Morris is so damned good at cutting right to the heart of satire without beating around the bush or dressing it up in a light-hearted way. The highlight of Animals is when the gladiator, Wolf, reads [in an alarmed tone] that the elephant with its trunk stuck up its bottom is now eating its own head from the inside.
Genius isn't a term to bandied about, or whored around, but in the case of Chris Morris i think it's perfect.
